Annual Reports

The SOPEC General Assembly reviews annual reports for the SOPEC Council of Governments. Annual reports provide summary information and analysis of program operations, performance, and future development. The SOPEC General Assembly uses annual reports to inform their decisions for the next operating budget and amendments to the Bylaws and Plan of Operations and Governance. SOPEC publishes online the past annual reports that have been presented to the General Assembly.
